Summer Research Assistant (2017-2018) - University of Iowa - Lear Lab

  • Collected and analyzed drosophila melanogaster activity data using MATLAB and Microsoft Excel to measure circadian rhythm
  • Trained interns to load drosophila melanogaster in behavior boards and created crosses between different genotypes for purposes of experimentation regarding circadian rhythm, use and care of equipment, and analyze activity data
